At Troskit, we take pride in the quality of our products and most importantly our commitment to our customers. Our goal is to always ensure our customers get the best value and satisfaction from us. Most unopened items sold by Troskit in new and or its original condition and returned within 7 days will receive a refund or exchange. Some items sold by Troskit have a modified return policy noted at the time of order – typically with Special Order Items.
The following service tiers are carefully designed to ensure that we address and take care of any issues or concerns you may have with your order and or our products.
GENERAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you run into issues like damaged items or missing parts. In just a few steps, you can get your refund or replacement started. We’ll make sure you get what you need quickly.
Products purchased within the first 7 days, starting from when the item was received by the customer, can be returned with no customer explanation under the following conditions:
- Product/Item (package) has not been opened and or used and it is in its original form and condition.
- Products with no quality or product issues, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
- Special ordered products without quality and or product issues cannot be returned
- Product does NOT fall outside products Troskit carries as part of its inventory
- Exchanges and Reissue of orders can be made up to 15 days from the time the customer receives the Product and or Item(s)
GENERAL RETURN & ECHANGE STANDARS & RULES SPECIFIED BY NATIONAL LAWS
- We check for Product Quality and Functional issues
- We support the exchange or return of undamaged and unopened products in the first days post-delivery of the item(s)
- We support exchanges within 15 days post-delivery – in the event an item is found to be faulty (tested and confirmed by Troskits testing and service team), a replacement and or reissue of the product will be processed in 24 hours, during working hours: Monday – Friday 8AM to 5PM GMT. Except for Statutory holidays, flooding, power outages, etc.
- With faulty products, you’ll get free shipping on the return at Troskit. You can view your order details and keep up to date on the status of your return there. We will email you when we get your return to let you know when to expect your refund or replacement.
